Frank
Brusca
Partner & Senior Consultant
For
more than twenty-five years, Frank Brusca has been at the forefront
of information and instructional technology. He has been a trailblazer
with leading-edge technologies, including interactive videodisc
CBTs and point-of-information systems, DVI digital video, multimedia
personal computers, and the Internet. Since his first computer
experiences in 1973, Frank has maintained an end-user focus,
always advocating simpler, more intuitive front-end designs,
while enabling complex back-end functionality. He has applied
his skills to a wide range of applications, including the human
services, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and information
industries. Since joining Ariel in 1998, Frank has been bringing

When
not designing or coding, Frank is a self-described "roadologist,"
someone who studies the history and culture of American highways
and byways. His highway of choice in U.S. Route 40 that runs
from Atlantic City to San Francisco. When not working on Ariel
projects, it is not unusual to see Frank driving down some forgotten
alignment of Route 40, stopping occasionally to take pictures
of landmarks and to talk with people who live along the road.
His Route 40
web site has been written up in numerous syndicated newspaper
articles as well as USAToday, Acura Driver and
Delta Airlines' in-flight magazine, Sky (April 2000).
