Gary Elsbernd
Gary Elsbernd has been developing leading edge information and instructional technology for more than eleven years. Starting with creating intuitive designs and a hyperlinked online reference for a DOS-based retail system, Gary has continued to push the technology envelope to improve individual and organizational performance. Named one of "Training's New Guard" by Training & Development Magazine in May 1999, he has advocated a focus on organizational and individual performance and just-in-time knowledge. He led the design of an award-winning electronic performance support system in 2000. Gary's willingness to challenge assumptions results in innovative designs and new paradigms that improve performance.
Gary holds a degree from Washburn University of Topeka and is currently completing a Masters of Instructional and Performance Technology degree at Boise State University.
