For the past decade, Matt Hummel has consulted on, designed, and managed many types of software applications including highly intuitive business systems, numerous commercially released multimedia programs, knowledge management systems, and training solutions. Hummel's latest work has focused in the area of e-business strategy, on-line marketing and user experience design.

Throughout his career, Hummel has solved business and human performance problems with solutions that make sense to the bottom line and to users. His experience in human performance, creative design, and technology has led to projects delivered via browser, palmtop, CD-ROM, client/server, and satellite broadcast.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication from Ithaca College, where he concentrated his studies in instructional media design and organizational communication.

Matt's experience includes the following:

• Developed strategy for knowledge management and performance support systems for a leading consumer products organization.
• Developed an e-marketing strategy for an emerging media and broadcast system.
• Designed a visionary, browser-delivered prototype for a leading financial services firm.
• Consulted with a software developer on the analysis and design of a web-based real estate management application.
• Managed the design and prototype development of a program to support the use of rationale business management processes.
• Designed and produced training solutions for a variety of media, from instructor-led training to satellite broadcast.
• Designed numerous commercially released multimedia programs, including several award-winning educational children's games.
