Gloria Gery
Gloria coined the term "performance support" in her book, Electronic Performance Support Systems (1991). Her seminal thinking has led to many of the advancements in integrated knowledge and just-in-time knowledge delivery. She specializes in performance-centered software design and in developing and implementing interactive training and performance support systems. Her emphasis is in strategy development and in creating the necessary managerial approaches to achieve success. In addition, she assists in developing creative interface and program structures to assure learning and guarantee performance. Gloria also wrote the 1987 book, Making CBT Happen, as well as many articles on the subject of tying knowledge to the work context.

Burt Huber
Burt Huber and his firm, Ariel Performance Centered Systems, Inc., are widely held as the leading practitioners in the field of performance-centered design and knowledge management. The focus of Burt's career has been designing and developing business systems that effectively leverage technology and human performance. Through Ariel, Burt provides strategic consulting and thought leadership to numerous Global 2000 firms including Deloitte and Touche, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Payless ShoeSource, and many others. Burt frequently presents at conferences for various professional organizations and is published in trade publications, sharing his vision and strategies for the future.
